 Ask yourself these questions!

Do I have the confidence to plan and navigate a route of my own choice in the great outdoors?

Can I recognise public rights of way, important features and measure distances?

Can I give vital first aid to a fellow cyclist?

Could I save a life adminstering CPR?

Can I maintain my bike to a safe and basic level?
